Hoover Candy Tumble Dryer Thermostat 206°C Heater Thermal Cut Out Fuse 

This thermal cut-out employs a melt solder insert that is, via the baseplate, in direct contact with the surface being monitored. On reaching the preset temperature, the solder melts, permanently opening the electrical contacts. The device is single-use only and, when operated, must be replaced.
